Summary
This study is for people newly diagnosed with a type of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) that has a specific genetic change called FLT3 mutation, which makes the disease harder to treat. The trial will test a combination of three drugs—gilteritinib, venetoclax, and azacitidine—to see if it works better than standard treatments. About 66 participants aged 15 and older will take part to find the best dose and measure how well the cancer responds.
