NCT ID NCT07402317

First seen Feb 12, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 14 times

Summary

This study tested a three-step treatment for people with muscle invasive bladder cancer: chemotherapy, then tumor removal through the urethra, then radiation. The goal was to save the bladder and improve quality of life compared to removing the bladder entirely. 97 patients took part, and researchers tracked how well the cancer responded and how long patients lived without the cancer coming back.
