Summary

This study tests if a drug called trilaciclib, given before chemotherapy, helps people with advanced small cell lung cancer live longer. About 302 participants will receive either trilaciclib or a placebo alongside their chemo. The goal is to see if the drug improves survival without making side effects worse.
