First seen Jan 06, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study compares three non-drug treatments for trigger finger—a condition where a finger gets stuck in a bent position. Sixty adults will be randomly assigned to wear a finger splint, receive paraffin (warm wax) baths, or get peloidotherapy (mud packs) for 6 weeks, all combined with home exercises. The goal is to see which approach best reduces pain and improves hand function.
