New heart valve device offers hope for severe leakage

Summary
This study is testing a new device called the inQB8 MonarQ to replace the tricuspid valve in people with severe tricuspid regurgitation (leaky valve). About 50 participants will be enrolled to see if the device is safe and can reduce valve leakage, improve heart function, and enhance quality of life. The approach is a minimally invasive procedure, not open-heart surgery.
