New clip device tames leaky heart valve in japanese patients

Summary
This study checks how safe and effective the TriClip system is for people in Japan with a leaky heart valve (tricuspid regurgitation). About 250 patients will get the device and be followed for 30 days. The goal is to see if the leak improves to moderate or less and if the device stays attached properly.
