Heart valve clip under Real-World safety review

Summary
This study looks at how well a device called TriClip works and how safe it is for people with a leaky heart valve (tricuspid regurgitation). About 1000 adults who are already eligible for the device will be followed to track complications and heart function improvements. The goal is to confirm the device performs well in everyday medical practice.
