First seen Jun 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study tests the safety of injecting a patient's own fat-derived cells (stromal vascular fraction) combined with tiny skin grafts to treat anal fistulas that haven't healed with standard care in Crohn's disease. It includes 25 adults who didn't respond to a previous similar treatment. The main goal is to check for infections, incontinence, or other side effects over 6 months.
