Summary

This study tests a new device called Triadyme-C, an artificial disc for the neck, in people with painful cervical disc disease that hasn't improved with other treatments. About 164 adults will receive the device, and their results will be compared to a group that got a standard disc replacement. The goal is to see if Triadyme-C safely reduces pain and improves function without needing more surgery.
