First seen Jan 08, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests a two-drug combination (sacituzumab govitecan and tislelizumab) given before surgery to people with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors enough to allow a less aggressive approach, based on specific markers in the tumor. About 30 participants will be enrolled to measure how well the treatment works and how safe it is.
