This study tested whether ultrasound imaging can detect and model hand tremors in people with Parkinson's disease or essential tremor. Researchers used the ultrasound data to design electrical stimulation that might suppress tremors during grasping. The study involved 12 adults aged 40-90. The goal was to gather knowledge for future tremor-suppression devices, not to provide a treatment.
