Skip the trip: video visits for cancer skin rashes under study
NCT ID NCT07476807
First seen Mar 20, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times
Summary
This study tests whether video consultations can safely and effectively assess and manage skin rashes caused by cancer treatments. About 25 adults on cancer therapy with mild to moderate rashes will use their smartphone or computer for a secure video call with a nurse or doctor, instead of always coming to the hospital. Researchers will measure how quickly the rash resolves and how often patients still need an in-person visit.
