Summary

This study is testing several different short-acting medications to see if they can help people who get a rapid heartbeat and feel unwell when they stand up. The goal is to find which drugs best control the heart rate spike and ease symptoms like dizziness during a 4-hour test. It involves 150 adults who have had these chronic symptoms for over six months.
