Summary
This study tests a red-light mask (Low Level Light Therapy) for treating dry eye and meibomian gland disease in children. It compares the mask to standard care (warm compresses and artificial tears). The goal is to see if the mask improves gland function and symptoms. The study enrolls 15 children with severe meibomian gland disease.
