First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 30 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining osteopathic manipulation (gentle hands-on treatment) with specific head exercises can reduce how often, how bad, and how long headaches last in women with chronic cervicogenic headache. About 30 women aged 18 to 75 will be randomly assigned to receive either the combined treatment or standard medical care. The goal is to see if the treatment group has fewer headaches and improved neck muscle health on MRI scans.
