Treadmill therapy shows promise for young heart surgery survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether moderate treadmill exercise can improve how children aged 4 to 6 walk, balance, and move after surgery for acyanotic congenital heart disease. Eighty children will take part, including a group that does treadmill sessions four times a week for 10 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple exercise can help them catch up to healthy kids in walking ability.
