New hope for men with Hard-to-Treat prostate cancer?

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called TRC003 in 90 men with a type of advanced prostate cancer that has spread and is no longer responding to standard hormone therapy or chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors or lower PSA levels. Participants will receive up to 6 cycles of treatment in one of three different dose groups.
