Summary
This study tested a psychoeducational program called Finding Solid Ground for 30 adults with dissociative disorders caused by childhood trauma. Participants received 3 months of inpatient treatment followed by continued therapy in their local outpatient settings. The study measured changes in trauma symptoms, emotional regulation, and coping abilities to see if the program was helpful.
