Summary

This study aims to develop and test a 12-week exercise program designed specifically for women veterans who have experienced sexual violence. The program is tailored to their needs and delivered virtually. Researchers will check if the program is feasible and acceptable, and explore whether it helps improve daily functioning and well-being. About 40 women veterans will participate.
