First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 01, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study aims to develop and test a 12-week exercise program designed specifically for women veterans who have experienced sexual violence. The program will be created with input from veterans and their providers to address barriers to exercise. Researchers will check if the program is feasible and acceptable, and explore how it affects daily functioning and well-being. About 40 women veterans who are not currently active will participate virtually from home.
