Summary
This study looks at a drug called Trastuzumab Rezetecan, given alone or with other treatments, for people with advanced solid tumors that have a protein called HER-2. The main goal is to see how safe the drug is and how well it controls the cancer. About 30 adults whose cancer has come back or spread, and who have not responded to or cannot have other treatments, are taking part.
