Summary
This study tested two manual therapy methods—positional release and Graston technique—to see which better relieves neck pain from trigger points (muscle knots). 34 adults with at least one trigger point took part. Pain, disability, and neck movement were measured over three weeks. The goal was to find which approach offers more effective short-term relief.
