First seen Feb 06, 2026 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 21 times
Summary
This study tests a new treatment called TranspoCART19 for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to standard therapy. The treatment uses a patient's own immune cells, which are genetically modified to better recognize and attack cancer cells. The trial will enroll 27 adults and aims to find the safest dose and measure how well the therapy works over 36 months.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
CAR-T cells (genetically modified immune cells targeting CD19)
What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with hard-to-treat B-cell lymphoma.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial with only 27 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. There are risks of serious side effects from the therapy.
Conditions
