Summary
This study tests a wellness program for people waiting for or recovering from a kidney or liver transplant. The program includes exercise, nutrition advice, stress reduction, and sleep support to improve quality of life and physical fitness. Researchers will see if the program helps patients feel better and reduces hospital stays. About 420 adults will take part.
