Summary
This study follows 500 transgender adults who have been on gender-affirming hormone therapy for at least one year. Researchers will measure changes in blood pressure, weight, blood tests, and body composition to see how hormones like testosterone and estrogen affect heart health. The goal is to fill gaps in knowledge and help doctors provide safer care for transgender people.
