First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study is for people with advanced solid tumors that have specific gene changes (KRAS or NRAS mutations) and have not responded to standard treatments. It tests two drugs: trametinib, which blocks a protein that helps cancer grow, and navitoclax, which blocks proteins that keep cancer cells alive. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
