Summary
This study tested whether a special home exercise and education program helps children with cerebral palsy recover better after leg tendon surgery. It compared this multi-component training to the usual post-surgery care. Researchers measured pain, fear of movement, walking ability, and muscle stiffness in 40 children to see which approach worked best.
