Summary
This study looks at whether traditional exercises like Tai Chi and Baduanjin can improve balance, mood, and quality of life in visually impaired university students. Ninety participants will be split into three groups: Tai Chi, Baduanjin, or regular physical education. The goal is to see if these gentle exercises offer extra benefits for both body and mind.
