Summary
This study tested a combination of two chemotherapy drugs, trabectedin and cyclophosphamide, in 50 adults with advanced soft-tissue sarcomas that had already been treated. The goal was to find the safest dose and see if the combo could stop the cancer from growing for at least 6 months. The approach aims to control the disease rather than cure it, as ongoing management is typically needed.
