First seen Feb 01, 2026 · Last updated Jun 21, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests a new drug called TQB2825, a bispecific antibody that helps immune cells attack lymphoma cells, when added to standard R-CHOP chemotherapy. It includes up to 90 adults with untreated or relapsed/refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find the best dose and see if the combination improves tumor shrinkage and survival.

What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
TQB2825 (a bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3) plus R-CHOP chemotherapy
What this could lead to
If successful, this combination could improve response rates and extend remission for people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, especially those who have relapsed or not responded to prior treatment.
What could go wrong
This is an early-phase trial (Phase 1/2) with only 90 participants, so safety and effectiveness are not yet proven. The added bispecific antibody may increase side effects like cytokine release syndrome or immune-related toxicities.
Conditions
The condition(s) this trial relates to.
As listed by the trial registrant
The condition terms exactly as the trial's registrant entered them.
