New hope for myelofibrosis patients: experimental drug targets enlarged spleens

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called TQ05105 in people with a rare bone marrow cancer called myelofibrosis. The trial includes 51 adults whose disease is at intermediate or high risk and who have not responded to or cannot tolerate standard JAK inhibitor therapy. The main goal is to see if the drug can shrink the spleen by at least 35% after 24 weeks of treatment.
