New drug TPST-1495 tested in cancer patients before surgery

Summary
This study tests a drug called TPST-1495 in people with endometrial or colorectal cancer who are scheduled for surgery. The goal is to see if the drug can help the immune system fight cancer by looking at blood and tumor samples taken before and after treatment. About 10 adults will take part in this early-phase trial.
