Summary
This study tested a new treatment called TPM502 in 28 adults with celiac disease. The goal was to see if it is safe and can help the body become less sensitive to gluten. Participants received two infusions of TPM502 or a placebo, two weeks apart, and underwent gluten challenges to measure the treatment's effects.
