New eye drop fights Mite-Related dry eye in early trial

Summary
This study tested an eye drop called TP-03 in 39 people with dry eye caused by tiny mites (Demodex) on the eyelids. The goal was to see if giving the drops two or three times a day was safe and helped symptoms. The trial is complete, and results will show which dosing schedule works better.
