NCT ID NCT06965114

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 22, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, tovorafenib and rituximab, in people with hairy cell leukemia that has returned or not responded to treatment, and also compares it to standard therapy for newly diagnosed patients. Tovorafenib blocks a protein that helps cancer grow, while rituximab helps the immune system attack cancer cells. The trial will check safety and how well the combination works in up to 84 participants.
