New combo therapy aims to outperform standard care for rare leukemia

Summary
This study tests a new drug, tovorafenib, combined with rituximab for people with classical hairy cell leukemia that has returned or not responded to treatment. It also compares this combination to the standard treatment (cladribine plus rituximab) for newly diagnosed patients. The goal is to see if the new combination is safer and more effective at eliminating cancer cells. About 84 participants will take part.
