New web tool aims to get anxious teens to open up and ask for help

Summary

This study tests a web-based program called TOUCHMinds designed to help teenagers aged 15-17 who have anxiety symptoms feel more comfortable seeking help. The program includes six self-guided online modules and three video sessions with a psychologist. Researchers will measure whether the program increases teens' intentions to seek help and their actual help-seeking behavior.
