Summary
This study looked at how well the TouchCare Nano automated insulin delivery system works for children and teens with type 1 diabetes in everyday life. Researchers tracked 76 participants over six months to see if the system helped them keep blood sugar in a healthy range and reduced dangerous low or high blood sugar events. The system automatically adjusts insulin based on glucose sensor readings, aiming to make diabetes management easier and safer.
