New combo therapy aims to boost survival in advanced nasopharyngeal cancer

Summary

This study tests a drug called Toripalimab (an immunotherapy) combined with three different types of chemotherapy before standard radiation and chemo for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer. The goal is to find which combination works best to keep the cancer from coming back or spreading. About 243 adults aged 18-70 with stage N2-3 or T4 N1 cancer are being recruited.
