First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 23, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This phase 3 trial tests whether adding two drugs—toripalimab and capecitabine—after standard chemoradiation can prevent esophageal cancer from coming back. About 242 adults with advanced esophageal cancer who finished chemoradiation without progression will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this maintenance therapy improves how long patients stay cancer-free.
