Summary

This study tests whether losartan, a common blood pressure medication, can reduce scarring on the cornea when given as eyedrops. About 46 adults with stable corneal scars from various causes will use the drops or a placebo six times daily for six months. The goal is to see if the treatment improves vision and reduces scar severity.
