New foam tested for painful skin condition

Summary
This study is testing a topical foam called roflumilast to see if it can help control the symptoms of hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic inflammatory skin condition. It will be used alone for people with mild HS or added to existing treatments for those with moderate to severe disease. Researchers will measure changes in skin lesions, pain levels, and quality of life over 4 months.
