Summary
This study aimed to find the best way to treat the living, sensitive tissue (pulp) inside children's immature permanent back teeth. Researchers compared four different methods to see which one most effectively helped the tooth roots finish growing to their full, healthy length and thickness. The goal was to preserve the tooth's natural vitality and avoid more invasive procedures like root canals.
