Toothache study: which medicine works better for root canal pain?

Summary
This study looked at 43 adults with severe tooth pain from pulpitis who needed emergency root canal treatment. After cleaning the tooth, they received either calcium hydroxide or Tobradex (a mix of antibiotic and steroid) inside the tooth. The goal was to see which medicine reduced pain better in the first 48 hours. Patients rated their pain before treatment and at 24 and 48 hours after.
