Tooth decay location may decide success of Nerve-Saving procedure

Summary
This study looks at whether the location of a deep cavity (on the chewing surface or between teeth) affects the success of a procedure called direct pulp capping, which aims to save the tooth's nerve. About 154 adults aged 15-40 with reversible pulpitis (mild, temporary tooth pain) will be treated and followed for 12 months. The goal is to see which cavity location leads to better healing and less pain.
