NCT ID NCT07447583
First seen Mar 10, 2026 · Last updated Apr 30, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tested three cavity treatments in 60 children aged 4-8 years: the Hall Technique (crown without drilling), silver diamine fluoride (a liquid that stops decay), and standard fillings. Each child received all three treatments on different teeth. The goal was to see which approach works best over 18 months and causes the least pain. The study is complete and results will help dentists choose kinder options for kids.
