Inclusion Criteria: * • RA diagnosis with moderate to severe disease activity, based on DAS-28 despite on \> 2 conventional DMARDs. * One or more CVD risk factors, such as hypertension, diabetes, smoking, high cholesterol, etc. * Age 50 or older.
