Summary

This study is testing whether specific foot-strengthening exercises can improve arch support and jumping performance in children with autism who have flat feet. Researchers will work with 34 children aged 7-12, comparing two different exercise approaches over eight weeks. The goal is to see if these exercises can help with foot posture, stability, and movement skills.
