New combo therapy aims to reboot immune attack on tough lung cancers

Summary
This study tests whether adding tocilizumab to atezolizumab can help shrink or control advanced non-small cell lung cancer in people whose cancer stopped responding to standard immunotherapy. About 28 adults with stage IV or recurrent disease will receive the drug combination. The goal is to see if the treatment is safe and effective at slowing cancer growth.
