Summary
This study aims to understand how exposure to tobacco smoke during pregnancy affects a baby's health right after birth. Researchers will measure a substance from tobacco in the mother's urine at delivery and see if it is linked to the baby's blood chemistry, weight, and other standard health checks. No special treatments are given; the study only observes information collected during normal hospital care.
