Summary

This study looks at how active a gene called TNFAIP3 is in people with ankylosing spondylitis or psoriatic arthritis. Researchers will measure gene expression in 110 patients and compare it to how active their disease is. The goal is to better understand the role of this gene in these chronic inflammatory conditions.
