NCT ID NCT07054242
First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (sacituzumab tirumotecan and pembrolizumab) before surgery can eliminate all signs of cancer in people with stage II or III triple-negative breast cancer. About 52 participants who have not had prior treatment will receive the drugs for 8 to 18 weeks, then have surgery. The main goal is to see how many achieve a complete response (no cancer left in the breast or lymph nodes).
